- 1PLAN - recognize problems, analyze the current situation, define the root cause, propose the measure (action), define responsibility and deadlines
- 2DO - implement the measure (action)
- 3CHECK) - check the efficiency of the measure (action). Has the problem really been solved (removed)?
- 4ACT - Successful solution = standardization and roll out, continuous improvement. Failure = search for a new solution
